If you like documentaries, this is one you don’t want to miss.

If you are struggling with finding forgiveness for past sins, I repeat…DO NOT MISS this one!

Not too much of a music fan and there are a few songs throughout the film. I know some of you out there will love that!

This true story really will bring out all sorts of emotions from you.  They go through a lot, physically, spiritually and emotionally.  Which one of us cannot relate to this couple in one way or another…

Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Who DOESN’T LOVE this verse!  It’s a verse of hope…no matter who you are…no matter what you’ve done!  God is a God of LOVE and FORGIVENESS and this documentary really brings that out!

Highly redemptive theme throughout this documentary. It’s hard to imagine anyone watching this and not finding forgiveness by the end of the film.

I want to share a personal story here, a story I that is included in a book I’m currently writing about my own personal life and experiences:

Without going into too much detail, I found myself one day at the edge of a creek considering suicide, even though I was already a Christian at this time.  The Holy Spirit urged me to look up and I found myself looking up at a perfectly formed crown of thorns hanging in the tree directly above me.  I repented of my thoughts of suicide and I gave myself once again to the God of Hope and Forgiveness.  If Jesus could suffer for me, I could trust Him to work things out in my life, even when it was my own fault I was going through tough times!  I thought of that verse in Jeremiah again as I always do when my thought turn to doubt.

(You’ll have to read the book when I’m finished to get the REST of the story!)

So…if you are struggling because of circumstances happening in your life, wondering what is the plan God has for you…be patient and trust Him.  He DOES have a plan and yes…FOR YOU!  Don’t ever doubt that!
