 If you really love me

I’m not a fan of plays on TV, but this one…BRAVO!  There were a couple of things that really stood out to me in this play:

  • Tackling some REAL tough topics, but intermixed with so much humor it was easy to swallow.
  • Loved how much value was shown to each of the characters as individuals.  We are ALL worth something and we need to recognize that.  After all, Jesus gave His life for us, even while we were yet sinners, amazing thought.
  • Glad that they showed prayer during the play, which is something a lot of faith based films seem to leave out.

Eva Marcille, who played one of the main characters was FABULOUS in this play.  She has some of the most amazing facial expressions and is just so natural in her acting that she was a real treat to watch.

Overall, great play.  The only part of the play that didn’t seem to fit the rest was the actual angel shown throughout.  She didn’t add any substance to the play at all and if she wasn’t in it at all, it would have been even better.
