Jeff Evans is president of 315 Entertainment Group and JC-Evans, Inc. He has directed five documentaries and approximately fifty television shows. He is also an accomplished AVID Editor, and is a graduate of the Hollywood Film Institute.
Jeff began his media career at a young age, floor-directing a live television program when he was just thirteen. During his high school years he utilized his interest in writing and photography to co-found an alternative campus newspaper. Then as a student at the University of Michigan, he began his involvement in politics, developing a newsletter and writing for campus publications, The Michigan Review and Consider.
Following his graduation from college, Jeff worked on numerous political campaigns, and for the California State Assembly, before forming his own communications firm, JC-Evans Communications in 1993. He took over the dormant Red Barn Video Company shortly thereafter and began developing promotional videos, commercial spots and documentaries.
JC-Evans incorporated in 2006, and formed the subsidiary 315 Entertainment Group in 2007.
Jeff spent four years writing, producing and editing a weekly television program for Christ for all Nations (CfaN), an international ministry organization. His work for CfaN allowed him to shoot on location in Ethiopia, India, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia.
In total, Jeff has 20 years of media experience including writing, producing and directing radio and television. He has been recognized with numerous awards, including Tellys, Communicators, Pollies, a Summit Creative Award, and an ADDY.
