Florida native Sharon Wilharm began her writing career in the early 1990’s. She wrote a weekly business spotlight column for the Pensacola News Journal as well as writing articles for Christian publications including Brio, Virtue, Young Salvationist, ParentLife, and Living With Teenagers. She’s the author of Patchwork Primers Homeschool curriculum and Laid Back Learning.
Sharon has taught drama and filmmaking to Homeschooled teenagers. Her students have won regional and national awards for their dramatic presentations and films.
Her recent film Flowers for Fannie was an official selection in the International Christian Film Festival, GloryReels Film Festival, and Bare Bones International Film Festival. At the Bare Bones Festival, it was nominated for “Best Family Drama”, “Best Romance”, and won “Best Actress”. It is being distributed by VCI Entertainment and will be available in stores October 15.
Sharon is currently working on her latest film, The Good Book, an evangelistic silent feature film.
